When a person gets upset at you for not tweeting them, liking their Facebook/IG photo or share their post. They tend to go on a rant about you, either telling all your business or making things up.

Used to describe a person who is unable to comprehend simple questions, tasks and is generally unintelligent

Ex: "Hey bro, where did you put my food I told you to put in the refrigerator?"

"Huh? I thought you were letting me have it so I ate half and threw the rest out"

"You're on a meek level of intelligence dawg. What is wrong with you?"

Inspired by 18 year old Danny Meeks - well known ice-skater, who actually appears to be in his late 40's.
