Has only the most irritated, insane, mad, generally angry Space Marines who can't be assigned to any other chapter due to their disregard for chain of command, general profanity and irritablity. Tend to carry out suicidal assaults - and win nonetheless.
Are generally led by Commissar Fuklaw, Egar, or any other equivalent of a pissed off Imperial Commissar.
