"Mosher-Chav Group" originating around Workington, England. They are a huge group of adolescents who smoke weed and other things that are antisocial behavior, like threatening people or beating them up, vandalism, etc. Their graffiti tag is MCG.

They are basically emos and chavs but unified. This term is only really used to describe the one group around Workington/Cumbria.
