Latemas

The period between New Years and Groundhog day where you reconnect with friends you haven't seen since the break started. Events may include: exchanging of Latemas presents (forgotten/late arrival Christmas presents), Latemas cookies (leftover Christmas cookies that haven't gone bad yet), recounting of new years/christmas stories, Latemas coffee at Starbucks, sometimes even a Latemas late lunch.

Person 1: I haven't seen anyone since break started! I guess it will be a great Latemas this year.

(Person 2 arrives at the dorm after the break has ended)

Person 2: Merry Latemas bro! I brought the Latemas cookies!

Person 1: Sweet! Oh here's your Latemas present.

(Person 1 hands Person 2 an unwrapped Amazon.com box)

Person 2: Awesome man! Want to grab Latemas coffee? I didn't get any sleep on the plane.

Lakemod

A term given as advice to somebody with a poor quality car. The term means to dispose of one's car in a large body of water such as a lake to inflict flood damage. Usually, this advice is given to noobs when they join a car forum and make an attempt to show off their piece of shit.

1. noun: Obviously formed by the union of LAME and MEME. This is a meme that has had its moment of glory and should have died years ago, but is still referenced by particularly lame people trying to be hip and/or cool.

2. interjection: The response apathetically or sarcastically exclaimed when someone invokes a lameme.

Blurting or typing out "EPIC FAIL LOL" everytime someone trips.

Proclaiming FML! on your FB update after anything slightly less than pleasant happens.

Creating a lolcat titled "Icanhasnewlaptop" after tripping

and breaking your laptop, pathetically lameme.

"Just dropped laptop EPIC FAIL LOL, can't get new one until the order has ran through the system. FML!"

Lakemoor

is a small farm town located in Illinois right out side of the city of McHenry.
Population 4,767 as of 2009.
most exciting thing here is Lakemoor fest & we have the best fireworks around!
hangout spots are: 7-11, Rossati's, Tony's Subs, & Lilly Lake it's pretty but wouldn't recomend swimming in it.

Bon Jovi filmed a video for "Lost Highway" in Lakemoor!

I love my small town of Lakemoor!
