A racist Afrikaans term for black people. The South African word for nigger. Used mostly by the country's right-wing white population. Made especially popular by the Mel Gibson classic, Lethal Weapon 2.

The equivalent of a 'paddy wagon' substituting the worthlessness of a kaffir for the awesomeness of an Irishman.

Derogatory term for black Southern Africans, specifically South Africans. West Africans, particularly Nigerians, are of the belief that khoikhoi kaffirs are lazy, unintelligent and AIDS infected drug addicts.
