You take a hit and pass it to the next person who does the same, you have to hold in the smoke until the joint gets back to you.
This gets harder if there are more people in the circle
A variation is progressive Killer this is when you increase the amount of hits each time the J goes round the circle

Someone who kills the plans of evening, or the night when everyone is suppose to hang out. They "kill" the evening. People who repeat this process over and over are labeled "the Killer". Also by ditching your long time friends to hang out with other people is also a act of killing

Matt does not want to hang out or do anything anymore, there for he is a killer.
