Someone who is a rip-off artist or a con-artist. A low down dirty person. The lowest of the low. A person who is only out for themselves and noone else.

Jankeetown

also referred to as Janky Street or the residents of Janky Town. A playful, tongue-in-cheek term used to describe a place, situation, or state of being where things are endearingly messy, chaotic, low-budget, or held together by improvisation. “Jankeetown” evokes the vibe of something charmingly imperfect — rough around the edges, patched together, but still functional and full of character.

After that project went sideways, my living room turned into full-on Jankeetown.
