The fear or extreme dislike of an ignorant and/or arrogant person.

Person 1: "Man, did you hear Karen trying to come at us all rude like that? Karen didnt even know what we were talking about!"

Person 2: "Yeah sorry I had to walk away, Karen made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. I have extreme IDIOPHOBIA."

Because I play a wide variety of percussion instruments and drums, I'm an idiophonist.
