Hoverbitching is when someone, usually a hipster, constantly complains from the general area but rarely directly.

Chad: "Ugh. Nothing on the catered lunch menu is gluten-free and this t-shirt they gave us is a horrible color. Who hired her? Those shoes are ugly."

Jeremy: "Chad, dude, quit hoverbitching."

n. one who lingers in your general area for no other reason than to look over your shoulder to see what you're doing. Usually someone who wants to catch you doing something wrong to report it to a higher authority.

1) "I wanted to surf youtube at work but because the boss' pet was being a hoverbug, I couldn't"

For example:
I was hanging out with my girlfriend and we were making out and I was really excited. We were getting ready to have intercourse and before my penis got near her vagina I experienced hovernut.
