A gunboat is a vehicle with more than two occupants inside, appearing suspicious, and all possessing firearms.

You stop a vehicle that is occupied by four people; everyone is wearing a mask and gloves. That is considered a gunboat.

guinea gunboat

A cigarette boat that a guinea drives. A boat filled with people just as obnoxious as the boat is in New Jersey bays all summer long.
