Giggle To Myself
On Facebook, In Email or Txt. When you go to say LOL but don't actually laugh out loud - you can use GTM. Giggle to myself... its more appropriate in certain situations. How many people actually LOL every time LOL is used?

Get the GTM mug.
Short for the Greek saying - Gia Ta Matia (ENG Literal Translation - "for the eyes"). A three letter acronym "Anglicised" and primarily used by Greek speaking Australians.
"typical GTM answer from you, given your mrs has got you by the balls and there's no chance you're coming out!"
You ask a friend of they're coming out for a coffee tonight and they say "yes", even though they know full well they're not coming because they're too lazy or not allowed. This is a GTM (gia ta matia) comment. Just saying it to "save face" or to avoid heckling and retribution from peers, as their partner (wife/girlfriend) probably won't let them go out. So they they're saying "just for the eyes", but don't mean it.
