When a king does a massive shit, his personal servant blows a trumpet in victory. The act of this in known as 'blowing the Grumpet.'

Servant: 'His majesty has completed the royal bowel movement!'
Servant Two: 'Hazzah! Dust off the victory trumpet! Sound the Grumpet!'
