Gatcho Syndrome

Typically affects persons with big ideas and small feet. Persons that suffer Gatcho syndrome may do things like bring large quantities of decorations to the office but are unable to balance on anything to put them up. Gatcho syndrome also affects the person's ability to take in carbohydrates as this only makes their ideas bigger, and their feet smaller.

That Sheila, she keeps falling off stuff but she tries so hard and has the best intentions; I think she has Gatcho Syndrome.

Gratchit

Shreveport slang for green, or weed, obtained by a difficult process. Like steet dealing with people you would usually not deal with, and then having to deal with thier cousins too.

"Nigga you know what I had to go through to get this green?"

"Dis dat gratchit!"
