goon head, well lets see, a goon is like a henchmen usually dumb, takes orders, never has any real common sense... head, well speaks for itself. situation:

a: " how fast will i go if i drink this?" (holdin a carton of petrol)
b: " OMG ... (takes off of him) your such a friken goonhead"

heads are gonna roll

Used by higher-ups in a company to sound like a threat to a persons employment. Anyone who actually uses this phrase is insecure with their amount of power and actually incapable of firing anyone.

Those TPS reports still aren't done. Heads are going to roll at the 2pm meeting.
