An extreme method of increasing gas mileage; While cruising, the driver opens the door and runs alongside the car while pushing the car forward with their hands.

Ghostmiling to work every day has improved my average mileage by 2 mpg, and I've never been in better shape!

usually for the purpose of making a video...

A car trick, done by setting the car in neutral then allowing for the car to roll ahead or down a hill, while the driver walks along side the car to give an impression of a ghost driving the car, without letting it get out of control of course.
