Fake anorexic / fan of anorexia. Aka someone who tries to act like they have a real problem to get attention and pity.
Can be used as both an adjective and a noun.

'Yo did you see Sydney skipping lunch these past few days ?'
'Yeah bro but trust me she's fine. She's only fanorexic.'
'Fake bitch..'

Bunorexic

A blend of two words - bun and anorexic.
1: Bun (adj.) - ugly, unattractive
2: Anorexic (adj.) - suffering from anorexia, an eating disorder

Bunorexic is where somebody has become so skinny that they are now unpleasant to look at. Can also be used in a wider sense to describe anything unpleasant.

1: Check out that girl, she is sooo bunorexic.
2: Someone's pissed on the floor, that's so bunorexic!
