Powerpoint Filibuster

When a student or multiple students ask questions in order to distract the teacher from changing slides. This allows for students to have more time to be able to take notes on the current slide.

Student 1: "This professor is going so quickly through these slides!"
Student 2: "I'm going to put up my hand and attempt a powerpoint filibuster."
Student 1: "Do it. For the students."

Technology Budget Filibuster

The business tactic of stalling and forcing technology engineers to provide redundant documentation and plans in the hopes of dragging the project out so it will not have to be funded despite already being approved.

"Could you please provide a more detailed project plan" asked Freddy

"How much more detailed can it get? Are you are not pulling a technology budget filibuster on me?" responded Richard

"You caught me Ralph...they are trying not to fund this project this year even though it was approved" admitted Freddy.

Intentionally choosing an extraordinarily long song to perform at a Karaoke Club or during a Karaoke Party/Night as a means to block others from participating in said Karaoke.

That guy's performance of Meatloaf's "I would do anything for love" was a total karaoke filibuster.
