Dorkmanteau

A stupid portmanteau that does not constitute real slang or colloquialism. This word is ironic and lacks wit and humor, just as the words it condemns.

Urban Dictionary should rename their "Urban Word of the Day" to "Dorkmanteau of the Day," as no one ever has, or will, use those dumb, made-up words in everyday life. They should stick to being the place I look up words I hear in rap songs and videos.

Doomane

The combination of the first part of dude that makes the do sound and man which is changed to sound mane (like a lions mane) for more effectiveness in speech. Not meant to be derogatory. It can be used as a greeting like "Dude!" or as a replacement for a name (see examples).

Yo, doomane, hand me that purple drank.
Fuck you doomane.

doorman discretion

That immense amount of power conferred upon one without commensurate knowledge, experience, or understanding, such that, in effect, the village idiot ends up holding the keys to the U.S. nuclear arsenal, or worse, won't let you into your own office building so you can finish working on that one document that will define the rest of your career and is due tomorrow morning.

I apologize for not filing that brief brief with the supreme court on time, but I was the victim of doorman discretion.
