To identify an individual as being similar to a dog in any facet of life. This can refer to thoughts, statements, actions, or overall vibes of an individual. Generally refers to actions made by an individual that are vulgar, crass, and/or representative of how an actual dog would behave.

An action or gesture that characterizes the "top dog" within a group of friends at any given social occasion. Often this action or gesture is an unsolicited and non-obvious favor to friends; something that the square community might call a "random act of kindness," except everyone is usually drunk. Or, this act or gesture might simply enhance one's stature as the coolest or most powerful friend of the group.

"Hey guys, I got zebra cakes for everyone at the bodega."
