Diegetic, in the cinema, typically refers to the internal world created by the story that the characters themselves experience and encounter: the narrative "space" that includes all the parts of the story, both those that are and those that are not actually shown on the screen (such as events that have led up to the present action; people who are being talked about; or events that are presumed to have happened elsewhere). This word is occasionally used in Jack Johnson's songs.

Diabetic High

When type 1 and 2 diabetics have a blood sugar level that is above the respected 120 mark.

Also, can be a state of being in which some type 1 diabetics experience when a crazy high bloodsugar level is contradicted with a large dose of sweet insulin. The celestial hormone thus opens the path for excessive amounts of built-up sugar in the bloodstream to bodily cells, kind of like a large dam exploding in a granduer fashion. The pent up sugar then proceeds unto releasing one metric shit ton of energy to the afflicted person. This natural hightened mental/physical state is when a diabetic's best works are done and most memorable memories are made.

Dude1: Has (insert diabetic's name here) been drinking or sometning? He's sofa king crazy right now!
Dude2: I think so, I saw him shooting up with something before...
Dude1: Oh, so he must have a diabetic high right now.
Dude2: Sweet, let's find him some more carbohydrates.

Diabetic

The best people you will meet. We suffer from our pancreas not making insulin (it’s not our fault). Not to mention I didn’t eat too much sugar. We deal with enough already so don’t make stupid comments your gonna regret. Yes I have to take a shot actually 4+ a day...💙
