Brelly G Da GOAT refers to a rapper who is trying to make a name for themselves in the music industry by asserting that they are the "Greatest of All Time" while also emphasizing their status as a newcomer. This conflicting identity is often a sign of their lack of confidence in their skills and is often seen as a form of "fronting." This rapper may also be part of a rap crew that has a cliché name like "GOAT Gang." Being a brelly g is similar to being a Dreko Popout in that they usually start crying victim when they get the attention from the rap community they wanted but it's critical of their talent.
