A crumsnatcher happens to snatch crums. But not all who snatch crums are crumsnatchers. Tiny morsels of food and mouse/ant culture are complicated made-up subjects which are still open to ridicule.

Crumb snatcher is somebody who's always taking your seconds your leftovers. Someone who is waiting for you to leave them the bag after I smoke session. a jealous person who hates on you for your accomplishments butt is taking credit trying to steal your ideas and hard work for their own gain.
