Clancy is the mysterious person mentioned on the link we were directed to from the twenty one pilots official website. He is acknowledged by the so called "Clancy's Journal" which remains one of the 4 clues we were given in order to decode the ending of their hiatus. It is thought that Clancy is either Tyler or Josh.
