Either the large or the small intestine of a pig. Considered by most to be the most revolting cuisine on earth, and because of this, many Colombians use the word as an offense.

Quitese de aqui Cari-Chunchurria! (Get out of here, Chunchurria face!) Uy no, como que usted no se ha bañado! Vaya a bañarse que huele a chunchurria! (Damn you smell like you haven't showered! Go take a shower, you smell like Chunchurria!)
