When one smokes the reefer all the time and gets that head fog which makes you feel fuckin brain dead. Most prominent in smokers of British street skunk which bamboozles the thoughts into mush even faster.

Chunce

A complete and utter dumbass, moron, or oblivious individual. A person who constantly bungles simple, everyday tasks because their brain is temporarily firing blanks.

Unlike a regular idiot, a chunce usually has no idea how stupid they are being until it is far too late.

The word can also be used as a verb (to chunce), meaning to completely mess up an easy situation.
