A word used mostly by Mexicans to refer to someone who not only doesn't smoke weed, but judges and looks down on people who do.

Speaker 1: Hey wanna go smoke weed?
Speaker 2 (the chivato): Pff, no thanks, you stoneer.
Speaker 1: fucken chivato!
