The act of smoking marijuana with a group of two or more and holding on to the joint/blunt/bong/bowl etc for a longer time than the set rhythm of rotation.

Person 1: Such and Such has had the blunt for a minute I thought it was puff puff pass. It's five heads.

Someone who lives in Florida and pretends nothing cynical happens, always looking for positive news when in Michigan someone was pulling a Betty Crocker crime as in she was making brownies with Exlax.
