i.e...in consistency with "Charmin ultra soft" toilet paper. Soft, as in a pussy, letting people run over you, or talking to one's girl for extended periods of time. See "Soft". Charmin soft is being "ultra soft". Also used to refer to a rich or affluent neighborhood. "Charmin Block Niggaz"

A name that describes a person who can be random at times. He can go from friend to ass in a split second so watch out. Trash talking is one of his gifts and curses as he can use it when in need or at the worst time possible. His appearance can range from chipmunk to a clueless person who is also quite tall.
