Noun: A large and pungent turd or poo. Distinguishably black in colour due to a diet lacking in nutritional content and high in fat and sugar.

Worker 1: 'Hey mate, where are you going?'
Worker 2: 'I'm gonna do a Cardamone, I've eaten nothing but dumplings all week.'
Worker 1: 'So it's you who desecrates the toilets!'
