Carbetarian

A vegetarian who doesn't eat fruits, vegetables, or anything remotely healthy. Instead they eat an obnoxious amount of carbohydrates and fats.

Person 1: Monique said she's vegetarian but i haven't seen her eat a single fruit or vegetable all day. Instead she's been eating pizza, lasagna, and cheesecake.
Person 2: Clearly she's a Carbetarian!

Someone who (incorrectly) calls themselves a vegetarian dispite consuming fish or poultry.

Girl 1: Shrimp fried rice? I thought you were vegetarian!
Girl 2: Sometimes I eat seafood.
Girl 1: Oh. You're just another faketarian... typical.

Cakeatarian

One whose diet consists of mostly cake and other pastries. Most eat fruits as well and exercise for good measure(and to prevent becoming fat, as that is unsightly).

Jane, the proud cakeatarian, used her weekends to eat lots of cupcakes and then promptly play tennis with friends afterwards.

Joe: I'm switching to Cakeatarianism, healthy diets can go fuck themselves.

cravetarian

A person who is so in tune with their body they eat the healthy food it craves. Their eat habits are a combination of vegetarian, paleo, vegan and omnivore. They may eat a vegan diet for weeks and then change to an omnivore diet following what their body craves.
