Carnival Penis Effect

Every time a Clown gets a hard-on while in a clown car packed full of other clowns. The Clown's boner then causes all the other clowns to receive erections. This causes the process of leaving the car to take a longer time, and sometimes scars some children as they see clowns with boners sticking out of their funny clown pants.
