This example occurs in the movie New Jack City that takes the famous trope “THIS IS NOT PERSONAL; IT’S BUSINESS” and inverts it to make the point that ultimately narcotic drugs did destroy the uneasy symbiotic balance between the strange bed fellows: organized crime and organized policing.
