Banjonese

1. a fake accent used by an actor in movies, TV shows, and/or video games meant to represent someone from the American South yet is comically unconvincing due to it's over-reliance on stereotypical cadences associated with the region to the point that it sounds like the twanging sounds from the stringed instrument, the banjo.
2. an exaggerated fake Southern accent.
