Created in Houston, TX by King_Bartini in the late 1990s, when he ran out of barre. Properly prepared, a bag of jolly ranchers and 5-10 handlebars (xanax 2mg) are allowed to dissolve for a minimum of 24hrs in a 64 oz non-carbonated beverage.
