Bajungus

A rare strain of vaginal fungus, cases usually appearing in the MidWest.

The word evolved from the term vag fungus (abbr. vaginal fungus) and was eventually shortened by doctors in residency who wanted to break the news gently.

Colloquially used to refer to 'a load of crap.'

Doctor: Miss, what you have is a load of bajungus.

Patient: Doctor, that's silly.

Doctor: No. Really.

Banjonese

1. a fake accent used by an actor in movies, TV shows, and/or video games meant to represent someone from the American South yet is comically unconvincing due to it's over-reliance on stereotypical cadences associated with the region to the point that it sounds like the twanging sounds from the stringed instrument, the banjo.
2. an exaggerated fake Southern accent.
