...For them freaks who don't seem to mind spending a lot of extra time making their words alternate between capital and lowercase because they think it looks "cool" or "ghetto" or "omggsohott"...or all of the above. Usually the words do not include any punctuation and may contain other random symbols (i.e. numbers and signs)

1.) A spin off of aLtErNaTiNg CaSe, alternating UPPER case has become a meme designed by random internet users who try so hard to assert their panic/will on the masses - Almost as if they are speaking from a pulpit dictating and virtue signalling to the masses from their bedroom using their (most likely) thumbs.

Alternating lag

Rare but really annoying form of lag, it gives you anywhere from 0.5 to 1.5 seconds of freeze, and then flips to 0.5 to 1.5 seconds of decent FPS.

So, I have half a second to run away from these blazes, before it freezes me for 1.5 seconds, to so I DON'T experience to full fun of running away from blazes... FUCK YOU TO HELL, Alternating lag!
