adj. Used when describing someone who is hyper, jumpy, and/or insane. Combination of "ADD" (Attention Deficit Disorder) and "fantastic" (meaning extreme or far-out).

When said subject ( commonly on the spectrum ) expresses an exclamation/outburst of jovial positivity. Or, a matter in association with autism is said to be agreeable.

"That presentation on ADHD was autastic!"

"The volume is the bus is not autastic."
