All. The 'per cent' ratio is based on a scale of one hundred. Thus, if the highest number possible in a certain category was changed to one hundred, the total that is possessed/achieved is one hindred.

a person that is complete in their entirety in the streets, in their dealings with others, in their home, with their dude/lady, with their children.
a person that is solid and/or trustworthy no matter the circumstances.
a person that conducts themselves with character in all their dealings in life.

I know my friend would not do that he is solid(100%).
She is down, she handled that completely(100%).
