Bob Kat is a nick name for a guy name Elias. He is smooth with the ladies and he is always talking about his truck. You have to watch out for Bob Kat because while you are doing your homework he is most likely walking your girl to class and telling her how fine she is. You can often find Bob Kat in the court yard hugging on two or three ladies at a time.
Hey did you see Bob Kat at school today? He was all hugged up on whats her name in the court yard while his girl friend was doing her home work in the lab.
