ADHD Depression

A type of depression that is experienced by someone with ADHD. Causing them to feel the lowest low. Their anxiety surrounds them and they lose awareness of the world. Many give up completely and simple tasks become overwhelming. It’s just severe depression mixed with ADHD.

Yeah I am feeling really low and I am giving up. I am overwhelmed and I I can’t focus.. I hate feeling like the harder I try the worse I get.. I just need to wait it out... My ADHD Depression comes mouthy now..

My friend was pineapple expressing hard today when she locked her keys in the car and had her husband drive across town only to realize upon arrival that he too had forgotten to bring the spare set of keys. Needless to say, I missed my flight.
