A condition occuring in males, characteristed by testicles slightly more distended than the average pair. The condition has been appropriated by some Afro-Caribbean communities as Long Ass Balls, which is something of a misnomer since the patient's anus is unrelated to the condition.
Untreated, Long Balls might result in serious medical emergency. Typically, complications related to Long Balls will arise when the patient suddenly twists his body, momentarily ensnaring the testicles in the fly of underwear which 'acts like a noose'. Scrotal haematoma, or contusion is likely to occur, or 'twisty balls' in laymans terms.

A generally derogatory phrase applied to a woman who habitually interacts with men in an overly defensive way via verbal insult, superior attitude, and/or avoidance of "conventional" gender roles possibly (make that probably)due to an underlying fear of being taken advantage of or undervalued (ie; not being taken seriously in an age where both genders compete for the same jobs and the like). The behavior is generally unintentionally hurtful and hypocritical.
I wanted to ask her out, but she changed the subject to business just to prove how much more money she makes. Then I tried to open the door for her, but she rushed to grab the handle first and then let the door shut in my face. Geez, she's such a ball buster.

Steam engines had mechanical regulators that consisted of a pair of hinged lever arms with a ball on the end of each arm, as the engine sped up the centrifugal force caused the arms to raise up closing a valve. If you adjust the regulator so that the arms go to horizontal (with the balls pointing to the wall) without closing the valve you are not limiting the speed of the engine.
