Outside the States, various national coastal defense forces tasked with maritime safety and law enforcement.

a treesh on a boat is a when a treesh (commonly paraphrased to a cheating whore), is caught in the middle of a group of guys who have extreme sexual urges towards her. She is in a relationship but is "on a boat" from her floating around from homie to homie within the group.
