Percy Spliff

Derived from "Personal Spliff". A spliff that is just big enough to get one person high, usually consisting of 0.5 grams or lower. Also called a "Piner" or "Personal Piner" because the sliff or is so small.

Guy1: yo man you wanna pitch on a blunt?
Guy2: naw, ill just smoke a percy spliff.
Guy1: whateva.
