A total breakthrough in the type of music you listen to, in other words, your ears finally hitting puberty and growing into adult ears.
Also, could be defined as a new music genre or song blowing the inside of your mind to bits and recalibrating it.

This weekened, I listened to the "Steelheart" channel on Pandora, and I heard the song "Dokken - Dream Warriors", and I had an eargasm during the guitar solo. My brain immediately knew that this was my new music choice.
