it's when you're so clever it's awesome. in other words, it is a state of cleverness so extreme that by all measureable standards it must be considered awesome.

the first known mention of the term occured during a gathering by the elusive canadian band The Don Knott's Project. this is a relatively new term in english, but already folk etymologists have mangled it beyond recognition.

when you clean the toilet by aiming your pee at the stain.
over a period of days, the toilet will actually look cleaner. (especially useful on skid marks)

My brother left some skid marks in the toilet bowl, so I had to use some pee cleaner.
