The Country Saddle aka "Cuntry Saddle", refers to the male presence of BOTH a "Happy Trail" aka "Treasure Trail" (pubic hair extending to the navel) AND a "Bunny Tail" (pubic hair from the buttocks extending to the lower back).

From the habit of certain women riding a horse not by straddling it, but by riding side-on with legs to one side, in order not to break the bottle neck. Hence, to ride side-saddle, i.e. to be effeminate.
