In a game:To be in a flying vehicle
(More specifically a helicopter)
and spin around randomly and shoot like you have LOST YOUR GODDAMNED MIND and say SOISOISOISOISOI while doing so

Not in a game:If someone says something really funny and just say it...but most people say ''My roflcopter go soisoisoisoi'' instead of just roflcopter,but thats something completely different

In a game example:
GameDestroyer:MY ROFL COPTER GOES SOISOISOISOISOISOI *Shoots randomly*

(HEADSHOT!)

Scared dude:He actually killed someone with that?

Not in a game:
FunnyGui:And you know what I said to him?

LaughingGui:No

FunnyGui:WELL AT LEAST I AIN'T YO MAMA

A term originated in the game SWG (Star Wars Galaxies), in which you would type Rofl Coptorz while making your character spin as he/she rolled on the floor laughing, looking similar to a helicopter blade.
