This is when someone wears their covid mask under their chin. They may or may not have their mouth covered but not their nose. Either way this renders the mask useless. It's also called a chin diaper.

If the Chinese wouldn't have been fucking and eating pangolins and bats causing covid 19 we wouldn't have to see people walking around with a chin hammock on.
