A drag queen is someone of mainly any gender dresses up in extremely feminine clothing, usually for the purpose of entertainment. Most drag queens wear extreme makeup and give themselves fake Eyelashes, Eyebrows, Lips, etc.

Man 1: Wow! They are really good at dancing!

A reference to someone’s nuts being so large they drag on the floor. Generally used as a cheer or battle cry.
