A monologue of complaints - usually they are very long-winded, eclectic and poorly thought out. They are often followed up by the complainologuer doing nothing about the complaints.

"Man, we could have gone anywhere. We could have gone to Florida and floated around that inner tube river all fucking DAY....could have gotten the keys to fuckin' DISNEY WORLD, but nooo, we had to come out to see this dried up piece of turd. Who the hell would choose to live here? It's hot as fuck here. No. This is beyond hot. This place ate hot up and shat it out. This is HELL, man. The only plants in hell are cacti. Seriously what the fuck are we doing here?"

"...Are you done with your complainologue now?"

One who will complain about anything no matter what the circumstance, good or bad, but carries out the task anyways.

Tom: Hey Richard, will you watch this briefcase full of gold for me while I go pee?

Richard: Man I don't wanna watch your shit. That seems like a lot of work you know I mean i gotta stand here and do literally nothing except make sure that no one walks away with it.

Tom: Stop being so complainatory and do it.

Richard: Okay.

compliance violation

a shitty company law preventing the use of pornography, etc. on a laptop/desktop owned by your employer.

"hmm im feeling a little devilish, ill look at some porn on my work comp, im at home on my own wi-fi connection so the boss can't catch me. (the next day at work) "COMPLIANCE VIOLATION!!! your fired!" says the boss (to the man that earlier looked at porn). This is usually caused by the company putting some shitty office watcher such as Trend Micro offiscan client.
